Sukhchain personally came out with a crew member to patch an emergency leak. He then returned a second time free of charge to diagnose a persistent drip sound, expertly identifying that the water was tracking onto the aluminum soffit and framing. Very professional, responsive, and dedicated to getting the job done right. Highly recommend Marks Roofing!

My mom’s home roof, skylight cover & gutters in Pitt Meadows were replaced by this company in May 2026. The owner (he) was patience to help my mom understand the process, materials & prices. He met my mom her home when it was convenient time for her & was courteous to explain everything to her, which helped her make her decision to choose this company. His crew was on time, worked hard & efficiently within few days to complete everything. The owner was on site each day & communicated/sent pictures to my mom throughout the entire process. This company is highly recommended by us. Thank you Mark’s Roofing Ltd.
