The Mark’s Roofing team removed our old shingles and installed a nice duroid roof.  We added new gutters and had them paint the house too!  We really like the new look. We had contracted Marks Roofing to clean moss off our asphalt shingle roof and replace all the old gutters and down pipes around our house and garage.  Sukh and his team were very professional, organized, and efficient completing the job and cleaning up afterwards.  We are very happy with the price and quality of the work. Mark’s roofing was great!   They completed the job on time, and had necessary contacts to cover off unexpected hurdles(painters, pest handlers, gutter suppliers etc) in a very timely manner.  Came back twice to rectify minor items missed without complaint. Price was very competitive and workmanship was excellent. Competitors were 30-40% more and my roof looks exactly like the guy next door that went with a 30% more quote.  1 year later and no issues. Sukh and his crew came to re-roof my house in Tsawwassen. The price he quoted me was not only reasonable but the quality of the workmanship was superb. I was under very tight time constraints, but they managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule on very short notice. Sukh responded to all my texts, emails and calls in a very timely manner.
